Something in the Japanese looks wrong

Please tell me — this is the most useful kind of message I can get. Casual speech is exactly the material where a rule stated half a degree too strongly teaches an untruth, and it is the one thing a learner cannot spot on their own. Include the pattern and the sentence if you can.

"Nobody actually says that"

Also worth writing about, and not the same complaint as the one above. A form can be grammatically derivable and still be something no one says; the app has no right to teach it if so. Tell me which sentence, and where you have heard it said differently.

A question felt unfair

If one of the wrong options looked like it could also be correct, that is a bug in the content, not in your Japanese. The same material asked in the two directions has two different sets of acceptable mistakes — "nothing changed" is a sensible wrong answer when you are asked to shorten a form and a second correct answer when you are asked to recognize one. If one slipped through, I want to know.

It will not accept my typing

Answers have to be typed on a Japanese keyboard; romaji is not accepted, and this is deliberate. The difference between ちゃう and じゃう is a single mora — precisely what a Latin transcription does not settle. Add the keyboard in iOS Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Japanese.

Why is there no audio?

Because the system speech synthesizer does not reproduce the reduction and the rhythm of casual speech — which is the one thing this app is about. A synthesized 食べちゃった would teach a pronunciation nobody uses. The content already marks which sentences a synthesizer could handle, and audio will arrive when it can be done honestly.

Why is there no review button or due date?

Also deliberate. Recognizing a shortened form is a reflex, not a fact with an expiry date: it is either strong or it is not, and a weak one does not ripen on its own. So Kuzushi tracks mastery instead of scheduling repetitions, and its row in the other apps never lights the orange "reviews due" marker. That is not a fault.

I lost my progress

Progress lives on the device. If you exported a backup earlier, Settings > Data > Import progress restores it — note that importing replaces everything currently on the device, because two histories of the same learning cannot be merged without counting answers twice. If you reinstalled without a backup, the progress is gone and I have no copy of it, because nothing is ever sent to a server.

I bought Premium and it is not unlocked

Settings > Premium > Restore purchases. It re-checks with the App Store on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. If that does not help, write to me with the date of purchase.

Will there be more levels?

Yes, and the existing purchase covers them. There is no second payment.

The other apps

Kaname (grammar), Katsuyokei (conjugation), Joshi (particles), Kazoekata (counters) and Bunmyaku (reading) are separate apps with separate purchases, by the same author. Kaname teaches what 〜てしまう means; Kuzushi teaches you to hear it inside 食べちゃった. They are different skills and are learned separately.
