What it looks like

Fill the gap, recognize patterns, compare meanings

Practice starts with what you mix up
Description from the store
Use Japanese grammar with confidence, from JLPT N5 to N1. Practise choosing the right pattern, telling similar constructions apart and writing your own sentences. Start with all of N5 for free.
FOUR SCORES PER PATTERN
- Recognition – what it adds to a sentence
- Cloze – the right form in a gap
- Contrast – telling it apart from a similar one
- Production – your own sentence, unprompted
Each skill has its own review schedule.
CONTRAST PAIRS
なら or たら? はず or わけ? Two similar patterns in one situation, and why only one fits.
SPACED REVIEW
From 4 hours to 180 days, based on your results. “Mastered” needs every score plus three successful reviews over at least three weeks. A new level opens once the previous one is in review.
HELP WITH WORDS
Tap a marked word in an N5 or N4 example to see its meaning. Readings and sentence translations have separate controls.
SCAN AND YOUR OWN SENTENCES
Photograph a sentence from a manga or textbook. Your phone reads the text; the photo goes nowhere. A saved sentence comes back in reviews as your own example.
AI ANALYSIS (OPTIONAL)
Write a sentence and the model tells you what is off and why. It also spots patterns in pasted text. Without AI the app works the same.
FREE
All of N5 with every exercise type. No limits, no ads. A few AI analyses a month.
TO BUY
